Biography

Molly has strategic and operational responsibility for Virtual Health and Clinical Transformation at Advocate Health. Molly has over 15 years of health care experience leading large-scale strategy and execution. She has developed, launched and successfully unified our Virtual Health strategy in collaboration with operational and functional teams. Under her leadership innovative tools, structure and processes have been deployed, resulting in best-in-class infrastructure for virtual services, and has skillfully advanced the Advocate Health virtual platform to be one of the most comprehensive and effective in the country. Molly received her ungraduated business degree and MBA in Healthcare and Finance from the University of Connecticut.
