Welcome to Our Breaking Health Podcast Channel
Conversations between VCs and entrepreneurs typically occur in boardrooms or coffee shops. In the Breaking Health Podcast, you get a seat at the table. Healthcare VC Stephen Krupa, Managing Director of the Psilos Group, brings his investor insight to revealing conversations with the most disruptive CEOs in healthcare. Listen to understand how these leaders are building the companies – and fostering the cultures – that will change everything.
JMark Frank, CEO and Co-Founder of SonderMind, is dedicated to redesigning behavioral health to become more accessible, approachable and widely utilized. Mark is passionate about mental health access, especially as it pertains to the balance between managing mental health and building a startup. Furthermore, as a U.S. Army Veteran, he is committed to making veteran mental health an essential part of SonderMind’s mission. Over the past five years, Mark has led SonderMind in securing over $30 million of funding used to expand the markets the company operates in and re-invest into the technology used by therapists and their patients. Before SonderMind, Mark had careers in the U.S. Army and investment banking. After his time at Morgan Stanley, Mark jumped headlong into entrepreneurship and founded and co-founded three companies in the healthcare space before starting SonderMind: TermScout, Next Oncology and SafeImageMD. He received his bachelor’s in computer science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has a Master of Business Administration and Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University.
