Aver CEO Bill Nordmark on Changing the Reimbursement Models to Drive Value from Care

Bill Nordmark is President & Chief Executive Officer for Aver, working with healthcare payers and providers to combat the skyrocketing costs of healthcare. Mr. Nordmark is one of the most influential innovators in the transformation to the new healthcare economy in the U.S. As President & CEO, Mr. Nordmark is the driving force behind the development of Aver’s product strategy, including the world’s first episodic-based Bundled Benefit Management solution and Episodic Analytics capabilities. Mr. Nordmark is a national leader on healthcare payment integrity initiatives, representing Aver before America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI). He also serves as the Chairman of the ALS Association Georgia Chapter Board of Directors, and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Representatives for the National ALS Association Board. Mr. Nordmark has also earned the designation of Certified Health Insurance Executive in 2013 following his completion of the AHIP Executive Leadership Program. Mr. Nordmark is a native of Atlanta, GA where he lives with his wife and two wonderful sons.
