Nancy Brown, General Partner, Oak HC/FT   
Nancy Brown (HC), a General Partner at Oak HC/FT, joined the firm in 2014 and focuses on growth equity and early-stage venture opportunities in Healthcare. Nancy currently serves on the Boards of Firefly Health, Groups Recover Together, Altais, InterWell Health, Maven, and Unite US. Nancy is also actively involved with Noom, TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions, and Wayspring. Prior investments include Limeade (ASX: LME), OncoHealth (acquired by Arsenal Capital Partners), and OODA Health (acquired by Cedar.) Prior to joining Oak HC/FT, Nancy was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for McKesson Corporation Technology Solutions. Previously, Nancy was Chief Growth Officer at MedVentive, which was acquired by McKesson in 2012. Before joining MedVentive, she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development as well as Senior Vice President of Clinical Service of athenahealth.

Prior to joining athenahealth in 2004, she was a Senior Vice President at McKesson Corporation, focused on marketing and strategic planning. She joined McKesson in 1999 when it acquired a company she co-founded, Abaton.com, a provider of internet-based clinical solutions for the ambulatory market. Earlier, she spent eight years at Harvard Community Health Plan where she held several senior management roles. Nancy is also a member of the Dean’s Executive Council at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and the Future of Healthcare Founder Residency program at the Roux Institute in Portland, Maine. Nancy received a Bachelor of Science (Zoology) degree at the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Lori Evans Bernstein, Co-Founder & CEO, Caraway 
Lori is the CEO and co-founder of Caraway, a women's+ digital healthcare company taking on the societal and medical imperative of caring for college students by providing integrated mental, reproductive and physical healthcare. Previously, she was co-founder and president of HealthReveal, a clinical artificial intelligence (AI) company dedicated to combating chronic disease, which was recently acquired by Accolade (NASDAQ: ACCD), a personalized healthcare and benefits company providing millions of people and their families with exceptional healthcare. Previously Lori held a series of leadership positions with growing health tech firms: (President, GSI Health acquired by Medecision)(CEO, ActiveHealth Management, Provider Solutions acquired by Aetna/CVS Health)(Director, CareScience, previously NASDAQ: CARE now part of Premier healthcare informatics (https://www.premierinc.com/transforming-healthcare/healthcare-performance-improvement/).

Additionally, Lori is known for bringing her entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry expertise to the government realm as senior advisor to nation's first health IT Czar and New York state's first deputy commissioner of health IT transformation, NYS Department of Health. Lori currently serves on the board of Sanctuary for Families, a human rights organization dedicated to addressing domestic violence, sex trafficking and other forms of gender violence.

Angela Marie Glyder, Vice President, Clinical Operations, Lucina Analytics 
Angela serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations. She is responsible for providing clinical guidance and oversight to assist with the ongoing identification and management of antepartum conditions that impact maternal and infant outcomes.

Angela has more than 30 years of clinical experience specializing in maternal infant care, case management and health plan operations. Prior to Lucina, Angela served as the Vice President of Population Health Clinical Operations for a national managed care organization.

Neel Shah, MD, CMO, Maven Clinic  
Dr. Neel Shah, MD, MPP, FACOG, is Chief Medical Officer of Maven Clinic, the largest virtual clinic for women's and family health, and Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School. He is a globally recognized expert in designing solutions that improve health care, and is listed among the "40 smartest people in health care" by the Becker's Hospital Review. His work to build equitable, trustworthy systems of care has been profiled by the New York Times, Good Morning America, and other outlets, and is featured in the film Aftershock, which won the Special Jury Award for Impact from the 2022 Sundance Film Festival. Dr. Shah has written more than 50 peer-reviewed academic papers and contributed to four books, including as senior author of Understanding Value-Based Healthcare (McGraw-Hill), which Don Berwick has called "an instant classic" and Atul Gawande called "a masterful primer for all clinicians." Prior to joining the Harvard faculty, Dr. Shah founded Costs of Care, an NGO that curates insights from clinicians and patients to help delivery systems provide better care. In 2017, he co-founded the March for Moms Association, a coalition of more than 20 leading organizations, to increase public and private investment in the wellbeing of mothers. Dr. Shah serves on the advisory board of the National Institutes of Health, Office of Women's Health Research.

Sukanya L. Soderland, Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
Sukanya Lahiri Soderland is Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, Enterprise Data & Analytics and Business Performance and Process Improvement for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Blue Cross, she served as a senior Partner in their Health and Life Sciences Practice, co-founded the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center, and was the lead health care Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Digital, Technology, Operations & Analytics Practice. She is a frequent speaker in national forums on healthcare transformation and serves on the boards of the Trustees of Reservations, Podimetrics, and the board of museum advisors for the Museum of Science. Sukanya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.
